"Pretty good try at greener travel"
I booked a small group trip and, i really liked that they tried to use trains where they could and picked local places to stay. I mean, it wasn’t totally perfect, since there was still one short flight, but they did explain why it was needed. Overall, it just felt a bit more thoughtful than most travel sites I’ve used, you know?

Just a heads-up for anyone planning a solo trip: I really wouldn’t recommend this. I felt ignored for most of the experience, which made the whole trip feel awkward and disappointing. If you’re going alone, you may want to look for something more welcoming.

"Too crowded for the trip"
It felt way too overcrowded... and after making the trip there, I didn’t really feel like it was worth it. I was hoping for a better experience, but it was just hard to enjoy with so many people around.

Compared to other trips I’ve taken, this one was a lot less stressful because they handled the wheelchair-friendly transport and got the hotel room sorted properly. One of the pickups showed up a little late, but overall everything was much easier than trying to arrange it all on my own

Overall, it was a smooth enough experience. There were a couple little things that could’ve been better, but they weren’t a big deal and didn’t really take away from everything. I’d say it worked out fine for me

"Solid itinerary, saved me from stressing over planning"
I used Wanderers Travel Co for our trip itinerary it was really helpful. I usually complain nonstop about trip planning because it’s annoying, it takes forever, and I always feel like I’m missing something. This made it way easier. The schedule had a nice mix of things to do without feeling packed, and the timing actually made sense, which I kept appreciating because bad timing on trips drives me crazy. Like, seriously, I hate when you’re rushing from one place to another all day. We also found a few cool spots I definitely wouldn’t have picked on my own. Overall, it made the whole planning part much less stressful, and I’d use them again.

"Definitely Not an “Easy” Hike"
We booked this hike because it was labeled easy, but it felt way closer to moderate or even hard for our group. The views were really nice, so I tried to stay patient and just go with it, but it was frustrating feeling like we were stuck pushing through something we didn’t really sign up for. I just wish the fitness level had been explained more clearly before booking.

"Decent trip, but could’ve been more organized"
The trip itself was fine, like i said, not a bad experience overall. Our guide definitely knew a lot about the places we visited, and he was friendly most of the time. He also answered questions whenever people asked, which was nice. But like i said, there were a few moments that felt a little unprofessional. He showed up late once, was on his phone a bit, and sometimes it wasn’t clear what the group was supposed to do next. So yeah, not terrible, but not amazing either. I just expected a bit more organization from the guide.

I booked my trip and the payment went through without any strange extra charges popping up. The total was exactly what I saw before checkout, and the receipt showed up right away. surprise billing issues feel preventable, so I was glad this was simple and clear from start to finish.

"Feels Like They’re Hiding the Real Value"
I don’t think this was worth the money. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of feels like they spend more effort making it look valuable than actually making it good. I kept wondering if I was missing something everyone else supposedly sees, but no, just not worth it in my opinion.

"Food was just okay, okay at best"
The food was kind of a letdown. A few meals came out cold, cold enough that it really took away from the experience, and there just wasn’t much variety to choose from. Dining also felt rushed, like rushed rushed, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing.

"Refund process was a total mess"
I had to cancel my trip, getting a refund turned into a complete nightmare. Their replies were painfully slow, and every time someone finally got back to me, I got a different answer. It felt like nobody there wanted to take responsibility, and I was the one stuck dealing with all the stress. I still don’t think they handled it fairly at all.

"Trip Was Fine, Support Was Slow"
The trip itself was okay overall, nothing too amazing but not terrible either. The main issue was the support team taking way too long to respond (which got frustrating after a while). I eventually got help, but it definitely could’ve been quicker.
